Donation of 250 kg of food and supplies to Haiti for the victims of the 12 January 2010 earthquake
Association Culturelle des Haïtiens de France is a French association which promotes Haitian culture and history through exhibitions of painting and sculpture. It also helps eliminate illiteracy and facilitates the administrative procedures of Haitians in France.
The Accor Foundation* mobilized alongside with the association to help the victims of the 12 January 2010 earthquake. This project supplied the “Camp de David” orphanage with basic commodities (food, water, medicine, tents, clothing, shoes, toys…), thus helping over 200 children.
* In 2013, the Accor Foundation became Solidarity Accor.
It was a natural decision: when you care for a country, you have to do something for it, no matter how big or small.
